Multifamily Investor Expo

The inaugural Multifamily Investor Expo will take place entirely online on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. (More like TWOsday, am I right!?) Programming will begin at 10:00 AM EST.

If you’re a high net worth accredited investor, this event can help you find your next passive investment in multifamily real estate.

An accredited investor is a person with an annual income of at least $200,000 (or $300,000 if combined with a spouse’s income); or who has a net worth in excess of $1 million (excluding primary residence).

The event will be hosted 100% online, via Zoom. Registration is required. Click here to register now. After you register, you will receive instructions via email on how to add the event to your calendar and attend the live Zoom session on February 22nd, complete with a link that is unique to you.

No. In an attempt to open up this event to as many investors as possible, I am not charging a fee to attendees.

No. When the final agenda is announced, you can feel free to pop in and out at your leisure throughout the day. If you only want to see pitches from a few of the funds, you can choose to attend only during their pitch slots.

Yes! The entire event will be recorded, so you can watch at a later date if you so choose. Everyone who registers for the event will receive access to the recording. So even if you cannot attend the live event on February 22nd, we would still encourage you to register now, so you can view the recording at a later date.

While this event is mainly focused on matching investors with funds, there will be a keynote address and at least one educational panel.

Yes! Throughout the day, we will have live Q&A sessions with fund managers and other real estate investing experts. This will present a great chance for you to get your multifamily questions answered!
